This Privacy Policy explains how Universal Beijing Resort (as defined under Terms of Service), collect, use, and share information from or about you when you use our websites and other services that link to this policy (“UBR Services”).

When you use UBR Services, please do carefully read and fully comprehend this Policy, and only use UBR Services upon fully acknowledgement and acceptance of this Policy. Your start using UBR Services means you have fully acknowledged and accepted this Policy.

    When you provide us or our service providers representing us to provide UBR Services or UBR information, use this Site (as defined under Terms of Service), participate in other activities via this Site, or interact with us via other means, we will collect the information provided by you. Please note that, when you provide information to any third-party website or platform, such third-party website or platform may independently collect the information provided by you. This Privacy Policy applies to the information collected by us, while the information collected by the third-parties’ websites or platforms shall be bound by their respective privacy policies and practices. Your choice regarding to privacy protection on any third-party website or platform is not applicable to the information we collect directly from UBR Services.

    Other information you provide: any other information that you provide to us including, posts, date of birth, content, photos, booking times or biometric identifiers such as facial scans or fingerprints.
    Information We Collect Automatically
    Device Information: including your IP address, browser types, browser language, operating system, platform type, gaming platform, device types, and device IDs such as unique identifiers, advertising identifiers, or gaming platform identifiers.
    Usage Information: including files you download, domain names, landing pages, your browsing activity, what you click, scrolling and keystroke activity, pages viewed, advertising viewed or visited, forms or fields you complete or partially complete, search terms, whether you open an email and your interaction with the content, access times, and error logs, and other similar information.

    Social Media Information: if you visit the UBR Services through you social networks or if you interact with us through a social media service or other platform, for the purpose of enhance UBR Services, you hereby authorize us to access to some information you provide to that social network or platform such as your name, email address, friend list, photo, age, gender, location, birthday, social networking ID, current city, and the people/sites you follow.

    Depending on the UBR Service you use, we, or our service providers, may use your information for the following purposes:
    Provide the UBR Service including
    • responding to your requests or inquiries;
    • providing technical support;
    • sending you service-related communications, including announcements and administrative messages;
    • displaying certain content, such as content you upload and make available;
    • understanding how you use the UBR services so we can improve them.

    • using data collected or received from UBR Affiliates, service providers, advertisers, and other third parties, such as your device information, to match mobile advertising and cookie identifiers;

    We may share your information with:
    Related Companies: UBR Parties (as defined under Terms of Service), Comcast Corporation and its affiliate, Comcast Cable, to help better tailor services, products, marketing, and advertising to you.
    Service providers that perform certain business-related functions on our behalf: including research and analytics, website hosting, transaction fulfillment, processing database maintenance, fraud prevention, technology services and platforms, identity management and acquisition and conversion services.
    De-identified Information. We may share information about your de-identified and not re-identifiable information, with third parties so they may better personalize your experience with them and the offers they send you.
    Other Users and Search Engines: depending on the UBR Service, you may provide certain information including your name, photo, and other information to create an account (“Account Profile”). Some information in your Account Profile may be available publicly to other members of that service, or the general public, and may be searchable by search engines. When we display your user submissions, they will be identified by information in your Account Profile. We hereby are entitled to distribute user submissions which you have chosen to publish or de-identified and not re-identifiable information after processing to third parties.
    Law Enforcement Agencies, Regulators, or Other Government Entities, Anti-fraud Coalitions and other groups to:
    ο protect our legal rights, privacy or safety, and that of UBR Parties, our employees, agents, contractors, or other individuals;
    ο protect the safety and security of visitors to the UBR Services or other properties;
    ο protect against fraud or other illegal activity or for risk management purposes;
    ο respond to inquiries or requests from government, regulatory, law enforcement, or public authorities;
    ο permit us to pursue available remedies, commence, participate in, or defend litigation, or limit the damages that we may sustain;

    ο enforce applicable Terms of Service.

    With regard to any companies, organizations or individuals with which we may share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreement with them, under which we will require them to follow our declaration, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures in handling personal information.

    Sale or Transfer of all or Part of our Business or Assets

    In the event that UBR or any UBR Parties is involved in a merger, acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets, or diligence associated with such matters, we may sell or transfer the information described in this Privacy Policy as part of that transaction. We will require the new company or organization which hold your personal information continue to abide by this Privacy Policy or other security standard which is in line with applicable laws and regulations and no lower than this Privacy Policy in protection of your personal information; otherwise we will require such company or organization to re-obtain your consent from you.

    We, and our service providers, advertisers, and other partners, use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to recognize you and/or your device(s) on, off and across different UBR Services and devices.     Depending on the UBR Service you use you may be able to access and correct certain information through the features provided by the service. In addition, where legally required, we will provide users with access to their information, the ability to review, update, correct, and/or delete their information, change their authorization scope, deregister their accounts, and obtain a copy of their personal information.     UBR Services may contain links to third party websites and services. These other sites (even if branded as UBR) may collect information about you when you visit them and use this information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of use. We do not endorse or control those third parties’ policies or practices. In some circumstances, UBR may host some websites on behalf of others and those entities may place or permit the placement of cookies and other tracking technology. UBR is not responsible for these tracking practices.

    We use industry standard safeguard measures to maintain procedural, technical, and physical safeguards for the UBR Services to help protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the information you provide via the UBR Services. We will take any reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. These safeguards vary depending upon the sensitivity of the information we collect and store. Please be aware that no security solutions are infallible.

    UBR Services are provided to adults. Without consent by their parents or custodians, children shall not create their user account. If we collect children’s personal information with consent of their parents or custodians, we only use or disclose to public such information on the condition of permitted by laws, expressive consent by their parents or custodians or for the necessity of protect the children.
    Although the definition of children varies by local laws and custom, we deem all individuals younger than 18-year-old as children.

If you use this online service after the changes are posted, you have agreed the changes.
