  • What information is collected through your use of the UBR Mobile Application and how is it used?

    We use the information described below which is collected in connection with your use of the UBR App and mini-programs ("UBR Mobile Application") to deliver a superior entertainment experience to all our guests.


    Location Data: In-Park

    We ask that you activate the location data service on your device when you are in the theme park so that the UBR Mobile Application will be able to: a) activate the wait time feature for the rides and attractions; b) activate the wayfinding feature to help you navigate through the parks; c) help you determine your current location in the park; and d) send push notifications or alerts informing you of special promotions or offers, park or product updates, upcoming events, etc.


    Location Data: Off-Premise

    With your consent, we may use your location data when you are no longer at the theme park for informational, marketing and promotional purposes. For example, we may send you push notifications or alerts from time-to-time informing you of special promotions or offers, park or product updates, upcoming events, etc. Whether in park or off-premise, you can elect to enable or disable location data at any time by changing the location data service settings for the UBR Mobile Application on your mobile device.

  • How to Enable or Disable Mobile Push Notifications On iOS System

    To enable push notifications on your iOS device, navigate to Settings → Notifications → Select App → ON.
    To disable push notifications on your iOS device, navigate to Settings → Notifications → Select App → OFF.
  • How to Enable or Disable Mobile Push Notifications On Android

    To enable push notifications on your Android device, navigate to Settings → Notifications → Switch ON from App List.
    To disable push notifications on your Android device, navigate to Settings → Notifications → Switch OFF from App List.
  • Automatically Collected Information

    We may collect information about your use, download or streaming of the UBR Mobile Application onto your device, including device information and identifiers:

    We may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain device information. We may use third party partner’s tools which may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies as agreed between you and such third party. Some examples of device information include: (i) the device's class information (type, model and generation), operating system; (ii) usage behavior; and (iii) other data as reasonably required by us to enhance the UBR Mobile Application and for system administration. We may use and disclose to our partners and contractors as described in our UBR Personal Information Protection Policy, including for purposes of analyzing usage of the UBR Mobile Application, managing and providing the UBR Mobile Application and to further develop the UBR Mobile Application and other UBR services and products.
    We also collect your device identifier and/or Media Access Control (MAC) address, when you use the UBR Mobile Application. We use this data for a number of purposes such as, to identify errors in the UBR Mobile Application and trends in rides, shows and attraction information that is requested, in order to improve your experience with the UBR Mobile Application and within our resort destination.
    We may use aggregate information to better understand guest behavior and make improvements to the guest experience (e.g., managing queue line wait times and improving traffic flow).
