The Boiler House at BOH of the UBR project in Tongzhou Cultural Tourism Zone, Beijing covers an area of 468.6m2 and has a GFA of 468.6 m2; it is equipped with three gas-fired boilers (one 10.5MW gas boiler and two 7.0 MW gas boilers).

        It is hereby notified that the Boiler House project was assessed for its environment impact in October 2019 and it acquired approval for the Environment Impact Assessment on Nov. 11th, 2019 from Beijing Tongzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau (Tongzhou Environment Approval [2019] No.0126); its construction commenced in November 2019. The main building and its environmental protection supporting facilities have been completed on December 1st, 2020 in accordance with requirements of the EIA report and the approval. As per requirements in the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects (National Environmental Rules and Environmental Assessment [2017] No.4), this notification on completion of environmental protection supporting facilities of the BOH Boiler House of Universal Beijing Resort is hereby circulated for public awareness for 10 working days as from today.
