Be Ready with Your Friend for Pumpkin Demon’s Arrival at Night and Scream
From October 7 to November 11, Universal Beijing Resort introduces a brand-new original character, Pumpkin Demon. An immersive, interactive Meet & Greet, and Freaky Farm maze start at 18:00 from Thursdays to the following Mondays (not available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except October 31). The Pumpkin Demon rises from the dead at nightfall, arriving in Hollywood and challenges guests to meet him face to face. As he brings back the deceased, stepping into the eerie night – is a dare you must be willing to accept.

More courage is needed for the Freaky Farm, situated inside Hollywood Amphitheatre, featuring 12 haunted immersive environments, a plethora of interactive farm characters in prosthetic makeup and thousands of realistic props, cinematic effects, high-quality production and multi-sensory stimulators, will have you screaming for more. Guests are transported into the blockbuster world with thrilling scares. Team up with friends for some extra courage before embarking upon the adventure through Freaky Farm. Nighttime experience debuts, extending the Scares up to 12 hours
Scares @ Universal offers special daytime events throughout the week, and further introduces nighttime experiences for the first time ever at Universal Beijing Resort. From Thursdays to the following Mondays, the themed lands are open until 22:00, while Universal CityWalk Beijing stays awake until 24:00. The extended 12-hour experience are packed with scares throughout the day and night. Don’t miss out on the limited time offer!
During the day, Illumination's Minion Monsters invite you to a cosplay Meet and Greet. Get your picture taken with Mummy Minion, Werewolf Minion, Dracula Minion and more. It will be so cute, it's scary. Guests are encouraged to try on Universal Face Painting before joining the iconic characters in a makeover extravaganza. Of course, there is a must-have classic experience for guests of all ages: Scares-tacular Treats! The sweet "clues" are hidden all around the park, including pumpkin bucket, a variety of sweets, souvenirs, and so much more. Sweet treasures await you in each themed land. To indulge more guests with the charming night-time movie world, Universal Beijing Resort offers night-time admission for the first time ever. Guests with a Universal Studios Beijing Evening Ticket may enter after 17:00 to explore the classic rides and experiences of the 7 Themed Lands at nighttime. Guests with Evening Ticket or other general admissions may also venture into the Freaky Farm (Virtual Line reservation required) as well as other Scares @ Universal themed activities. The Evening Tickets will be available from September 25 on the Universal Beijing Resort Official App, Official Fliggy Flagship Store, Official JD Flagship Store, Contact Center, and Official Travel Trade Partners, including Meituan, Ctrip and etc.
To ensure the best experience, Universal Beijing Resort asks guests to note that Scares @ Universal night-time activities include intense content and it’s not recommended for children under the age of 13. Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult to enter. Parents of young children and sensitive adults should only participate with careful discretion. At the same time, Scares @ Universal daytime activities offer milder content for guests of all ages.
