Reminder:
1. This performance is held outdoors and might undergo temporary cancellation due to factors such as low temperatures, rain, snow.
2. Queue may be closed before the Meet and Greet begins depending on the flow of customers. Please follow the instructions of Team Members. All members of the same party must wait in line together and you can choose to have either 1 individual photo or 1 group photo per party. If you need to leave the queue, please kindly queue up again from the last in line upon your return. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
3. This performance is open to guests every Thursday to the following Monday (except September 18, October 2), as well as September 16, September 30, and October 29  between September 5th, 2025 and November 2nd, 2025. 
4. This performance depicts sudden movements and mature subject matter. It is not recommended for children under the age of 13. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Please adhere to the following rules and regulations
No chasing, touching or verbally abusing live performers.
No touching of show effects. Do not damage or remove props or decorations from the event.
Do not possess any items that could be used as a weapon.
Costumed guests must comply with the Scares @ Universal Costume Guidelines.
6. Any horseplay or failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from the park.
