All-day Lockers are available for rent inside the Park near the Front Gate.  Lockers are also available for all loose articles at the following attractions (additional fees may apply): • Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ • Jurassic Flyers • Decepticoaster

Our Health Services facilities are sta­ffed with medical personnel. In Universal Studios Beijing, there are two Health Services locations. One is at the Front Gate near The Universal Studios Grand Hotel, and the other one is located in Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness. If you have any questions or need special assistance, ask any Team Member or stop by Guest Services inside the Park.

Located near the Front Gate of the Park. Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available for a  daily rental fee.

There are two Family Center locations in Universal Studios Beijing. One is located on the right hand side of the entry piaza after entering the park, and theother one is located inside Health Services in Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness. The Family Center offers the below services: Quiet Room: Specially-equipped spaces where Guests with a cognitive disability and their families can take a break. Nursing Rooms: Private, lockable nursing rooms for breastfeeding include a chair. Family Restrooms

Lost & Found is located at the Front Gate inside the Park.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted only in designated areas. See the Park map or ask a Team Member for the nearest location.  Smoking is harmful to health.

ATMs inside the Park are available in Minion Land and Kung Fu Pand Land of Awesomeness. Currency Exchange services are available outside the Park at the ICBC Branch in Universal CityWalk Beijing and lobbies of The Universal Studios Grand Hotel and NUO Resort Hotel.

Luggage Storage provide services to the day guests with different price for Regular Luggage and Small Item. Luggage Storage provide free services to the Hotel Guests of all hotels inside the Universal Beijing Resort, including The Universal Studios Grand Hotel and NUO Resort Hotel. Luggage Storage are located at below places, •        Before entering the theme park on the right-hand side of The Universal Studios Grand Hotel •        Metro Plaza in CityWalk •        The first floor of Transportation Hub in CityWalk
